Program Guidelines
The purpose of the baby-sitting assistance program is to provide financial assistance to Graduate students who, as parents, incur baby-sitting expenses while attending a school-related event or conference.
- Reimbursement of up to $30.00 per fiscal year may be provided for full-time students.
- Reimbursement cannot be made for babysitting services provided by family members.
- To receive reimbursement the appropriate form must be filled out and returned to the GSA office with receipts.
- All reimbursements are on a first-come, first-serve basis until allocated funds have been fully dispersed.
NOTE: This program is intended to offer one-time assistance for baby-sitting expenses incurred while attending a school-related function or conference and is not as a subsidy for childcare.
