Program Guidelines

The purpose of the thesis / dissertation binding program is to provide financial assistance to Graduate students who incur expenses while completing their degree program.

  1. Reimbursement includes up to $100.00 for Ph.D. candidates and up to $30.00 for Master's candidates.
  2. To receive reimbursement the appropriate form, with receipts, must be completed and returned to the GSA office by February 1 for December graduates and May 31 for May graduates. All reimbursements are on a first-come first-serve basis until allocated funds have been fully dispersed. All applications must be received by May 31st.
  3. Students must provide a receipt (or copy) from the bursar's office. Receipts from copy centers or for bond paper must closely correspond to the date of graduation.
  4. The Executive Council has final approval over reimbursement requests.
